Finding the right home should feel simple and stress-free. Homes Unlimited offers both social housing and affordable rental options for residents of London, Ontario. The application process depends on the type of housing you’re interested in.

Option 1

Social Housing
(Rent Geared to Income – RGI)

If you’re looking for rent based on your household income, you’ll need to apply through the City’s centralized social housing system.

Homes Unlimited partners with the London Community Housing Access Centre, which manages applications and waitlists for all local social housing providers.

Through the City’s application process, you can:

  • Check eligibility requirements
  • Apply for Rent Geared to Income (RGI) housing
  • Join the centralized waitlist
  • Select preferred buildings and housing providers (including Homes Unlimited)
  • Update your application or household information

This is the correct path if you need income-based rent assistance or housing support.

Option 2

Affordable Housing with Homes Unlimited

If you’re looking for affordable market rentals (not income-based), you can apply directly through our current listings.

To apply:

  1. Visit rentals.ca
  2. Search for “Homes Unlimited” or enter the address of the property you’re interested in
  3. View available units and submit your application online

Listings are updated regularly, so we recommend checking back often for new availability.
