Who We Are

Homes Unlimited (London) Inc. is a non-profit housing provider established in 1974 to support individuals and families with modest incomes. Together with its sister organization, Odell-Jalna Residences of London, Ontario, the corporation owns and operates more than 650 affordable, well-maintained rental homes across ten locations in London.

These properties include a mix of townhomes and apartment buildings, with accessible units available at every location.

Our Founding Leader

Ormah Gibson, MSW—founder and longtime President of Homes Unlimited—was a dedicated advocate and volunteer for numerous social causes in London and the surrounding area. A graduate of the University of Toronto with a master’s degree in social work, she served as President of the Ontario Association of Professional Social Workers and played a key role in establishing the School of Social Work at King’s College.

She was also a respected board member and trusted resource for many local organizations, including Youth Opportunities Unlimited, the London Community Resource Centre, the Urban League, and United Way.
