Homes Unlimited
About Us

Who We Are
Homes Unlimited (London) Inc. is a non-profit housing provider established in 1974 to support individuals and families with modest incomes. Together with its sister organization, Odell-Jalna Residences of London, Ontario, the corporation owns and operates more than 650 affordable, well-maintained rental homes across ten locations in London.
These properties include a mix of townhomes and apartment buildings, with accessible units available at every location.
Our Founding Leader
Ormah Gibson, MSW—founder and longtime President of Homes Unlimited—was a dedicated advocate and volunteer for numerous social causes in London and the surrounding area. A graduate of the University of Toronto with a master’s degree in social work, she served as President of the Ontario Association of Professional Social Workers and played a key role in establishing the School of Social Work at King’s College.
She was also a respected board member and trusted resource for many local organizations, including Youth Opportunities Unlimited, the London Community Resource Centre, the Urban League, and United Way.

Board of Directors
Homes Unlimited is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that meets monthly to oversee the organization’s housing portfolio. The Board brings a broad range of experience and expertise, with many directors serving for more than fifteen years.
Directors take an active role on key committees, including Operations, Finance, and Capital Projects, helping guide strategic planning and day-to-day oversight.
